The Guidelines

Yesterday we announced
ASSTR's Flash Festival and Party, set for Nov. 10 to celebrate the anniversary
of the return of ASSM last year.
In case anyone
missed it, writers are asked to produce for the "Flash Festival"
stories of less than 500 words. For "The Party," there are
no word limits, and writers of reviews and essays on erotica are invited
to contribute as well.
We'll be asking
for donations as we post information about the stories scheduled for
the Celebration. ASSTR is financed entirely by donations, and needs
money not only to keep providing its current excellent service, but
to pay for repairs and planned improvements.
When your Celebration
story is written, here's how to get it into the right basket:
- The stories
(and other writings) submitted to the anniversary events will have
to be previously unpublished ones.
- All the stories
(and other writings) will have to be submitted by November the 8th
to allow us time to post a list of all the festival stories before
the event.
- All the posts
should have the words 'Aniv - Flash' or 'Aniv - Party' on its subject
line, according with the event that they will take part in, so it
will be easier for the ASSM moderators to recognize it.
- All stories (and
other writings) will be posted on November the 10th. First the "Flash"
stories and then the "Party" posts. Only festival stories
(and other writings) will be posted on that day.
- If you can please
send us (to rjnp@my-deja.com) a 25-word story description/teaser.
That will make our work easier when we start doing the teasers. :0)
